Mauriel Joslyn
Role: Writer, Historian
Her work has placed as quarterfinalist, semi-finalist or finalist in FadeIn Awards Screenwriting Contest, the Nicholl Fellowship Awards, WriteMovies Contest, American Accolades Screenwriting Contest, and Open Door Scr(i)pt Contest, 2002-2004. One script won the 2004 20/20 Screenwriting Contest in Hollywood. Two of these have been optioned.

in the train station where they await their father’s homecoming. Propaganda posters and tense adult talk drive home the evil of the enemy. When a train loaded with German prisoners arrives in the station, Gordy’s curiosity
is stronger than his fear. He dares to approach the prison train and makes contact with a young German soldier named Hans. Through the courage to trust and the
